I just saw this fascinating documentary on CBC Newsworld about a Windsor radio station that apparently dominated the US market in the late 60's and early 70's.
Any fan of Rock 'n Roll / Pop music history will love this.
Who knew that one of the most powerful people in the music biz of the time was a single mother of three from little old Windsor Ontario...
The station was essentially killed by the CanCon rules and general CRTC bureaucratic idiocy.
